Storyboards for New Rule Productions.

In the year 2000, New Rule Productions in Santa Maria, California, asked me to do some storyboards for their Montecito Bank & Trust television spot.  The script called for grown-ups to appear in a playground setting.

Using Farmville For Inspiration.

My wife got me into the social media game on Facebook known as Farmville.  I surrounded my farm with black fencing, and created my fantasy land... this is where I created my Shadowhaven story.  My farm was Shadowhaven.

In the spirit of Halloween, I attempted to make my Studio window more festive.  I drew the ghosts and got them to glow with the help of a black light.

My art studio is also located in the complex.  Thankfully it was not in the same building as the fire, but I fear for the future.  These buildings have no fire protection, so if a fire breaks out in one unit, it quickly spreads to all the others.  I fear that a fire might break out in the building where my wife and I live.  We would lose everything... just as these folks did.
